Functionality and suitability of utilizing the XRSite in PyWake for a wind shear study.

I am working with the Nora 3 wind dataset, which provides wind speed and wind direction data at different heights. Specifically, I am interested in employing XRSite to input wind speeds at various heights from the Nora 3 dataset to analyse the vertical wind shear effects. Is it possible to use XRSite for to study wind speed at different heights for wind shear analysis? I have already tried with the UniformWeibull site, but that seems like it is dependent of Weibull parameter scale and shape. I have also tried with complex_ws_site (XRSite). If you have any guidance, examples, or recommendations on creating a site in PyWake for this purpose would be greatly appreciated.
