add support for cuboid pywasp structure in xrsite from_pywasp_pwc

XRSite.from_pywasp_pwc() currently only supports the pywasp point (corresponding to i in PyWake) spatial structure. We should add support for the cuboid structure also (corresponding to (x,y,h)).
