Updated Releases

@mmpe can we get some additional Py_Wake releases?

1. There is a 2.4.1 reference in the Changelog, however I couldn't find it in pip.
2. For our PyWAsP launch, we would really like to have a release that has the #95 (closed) fix, ideally we would use commit 97e3bc0a, which we have tested works with Bjarke's latest changes.
3. I would like to go back and make some past releases of Py_Wake available in conda, does it make sense to make all versions from 2.0 to present for conda?
