LinearSum wake overlap with Fuga
Changing the function in the LinearSum wake overlap class to:
WS_lk - np.abs(np.sum(deficit_ilk, 0)
), so just adding an absolute value operator for the sum of the deficits,
I was able to match exactly the AEP of a large wind farm, as calculated with the Fuga 2.3 batch.exe program.
Without the absolute value, I get negative deficits, which subtracted from 1, result in higher wind speeds than in the freestream.
