We need to have a stable version of Topfarm for the internal workshop, including a list of examples running as python files and in notebooks.

Topfarm should be pip installable

• All notebooks should run on linux, windows and colab
• Doc should cover all the examples functionalities
• Topfarm clone on github is up to date
• Zenodo DOI tag
