HiFiEMS updates

• Add solar data
• Combine wind and solar power as one variable in the EMS
• Add historical data and change how it is called i the EMS (right now it just puts simulated data in place of historical data)
• Check if the hourly efficiency and 15 or 5 min efficiency are implemented correctly (they should be the same)
