Tait bryan revisited

Antariksh Dicholkar requested to merge acdi/PGL:tait_bryan_revisited into master

  1. Implemented the modified sweep-prebend-twist tait-bryan rotation sequence with twist correction for generating the loftedsurface.

  2. Analytical gradients obtained by fitting a pchip spline to the blade axis, now the default for obtaining the direction vectors of the lofted surface cross-sections.

  3. Vectorized parts of surfaceslicer to improve speed.
