Issue with spatial coherence in low turbulence
Bug report
Minimum working example
We have added the code to run PyConTurb and the inputs required in the attachments
Expected behavior
When low or none turbulence is present in measured time series the code is expected to produce a smoothed constrained wind field along the whole grid.
Current behavior
In cases of none turbulence or low turbulence inputs (the severity of the issue seems to decrease as the turbulence in the measured series increases) the constrained output has unexpected behavior as the points outside of the measurement points don't follow the same trend. This can be seen in the attached example where for the original windfield TI=0 and shear exponent=0.25 were used. The original field was scanned with a lidar simulator using a 5 point rectangular pattern. The unexpected constraint windfield behavior is seen in the second attachment.
