Creating "git_version.inc" directly

Avoided using "VersionScript" to create the "git_version.inc" and move to correct folder. Just a suggestion, which seems to work very well.

note that this made VersionScript redundant (removed now), and I fixed the the path in get_git_version.bat, see also f3e28eed
