Updated and simplified Linux compilation

The old Linux makefiles did not seem to be maintained. A new strategy, proposed by Mike McWilliams has been implemented and applied to all the components of the controller. It also contains a bug in flap_controller_cyclic (module name), that did not allow to compile the code.
