add derating functionality (max, const rotation)
Add two derating strategies to the Basic DTU Controller: Constant rotation, and Maximum rotation.
git+ssh is no longer possible for clients internal to the DTU network. This is a change due to rerouting of all traffic through a bot killing proxy. See https://gitlab.windenergy.dtu.dk/help#dtu-wind-energy-gitlab-support
