Implemented wake_radius() function for the different wake models and modified args4turb to be independant from deficit

Added different superposition models for turbulence intensity, as StenFrandsen uses effective turbulence intensity instead of the usual added turbulence intensity

Move the split line between wake and blockage is set slightly downstream to handle numerical inaccuracy in the trigonometric functions that calculates dw_ijlk

Solve two issues in noj: 1. variables passed to np.arccos() could be lareger than 1.0 or less than -1.0 for some combination of R1, R2 and d to cal_overlapping_area_factor. 2. Ct values passed to np.sqrt(1-Ct) could be larger than 1. These two issues both result errors/nan values. Now these variables/values have to pre-treated to avoid such results.

Add function to initilize wind_turbines with one or multiple .wtg files. Requires using xml.etree.ElementTree, since .wtg file is stored in essence of .xml format.

- add missing h_i parameter in call from calculate_AEP
- update parqueFicticio grd files
- change site.probability function to take ws_bins instead of ws_bin_size
- correct probability calculation in WaspGridSite
- add test that compare WaspGridSite with results from Wasp (raw data, u_mean, air_power and aep)
- add function in OneTypeWindTurbines to instantiate from tabular data

small test if TI is in percent or not in WaspGridSite

- example: noj_terrain_following.py
- move all distance calculation to distance.py
- old TerrainFollowingDistance function(from Movflot) renamed to TerrainFollowingDistance2
- new simpler and more efficient TerrainFollowingDistance implemented
- WaspGridSite renamed to WaspGridSiteBase.
- New backward-compatible WaspGridSite that allows different Distance calculation objects
- tests

deleted test_examples.py as all example modules are tested in test_main.py
