Yaw etc (see description)

Mads M. Pedersen requested to merge yaw into master
  • Yaw in deg everywhere
  • Update/replaced fuga table with low ti(z0=0.00001) and 10% TI(z0=0.00408599). New tables has less wriggles
  • Fuga deflection fixed (before it was returning deflection at deflected position instead of deflection at current position
  • yaw_ilk input argument renamed to yaw and may now have dimension (i), (i,l), (i,l,k). Old name gives error
  • Save and load of SimulationResult
  • Loads of time series (requires duration data array in simulationResult)
