Cumulative wake rebase2

Alex requested to merge cumulative_wake_rebase2 into master

Hi Mads @mmpe, it is ready!

Still need to make some tests, but maybe you can already have a quick look over it? Additionally to the cumulative wake, I have also enabled that you can use the WeightedSum with other rotor averaging models, so I think it should also work with the mirror plane, but I will check that.
