This merge request includes an implementation of the Eddy Viscosity (EV) model for PyWake developed by Natural Power (Christian Jonsson and Alistair Merry).

Initially I have just copied the code of our implementation from our repository, for initial feedback and to raise some questions. This is not ready to merge yet.
