docs update and addition of super gaussian deficit model

Hi Mads, I have made some changes to the PyWake docs and included the Super Gaussian wake deficit model I implemented into the code. I also included all of the predefined wind farm models into the literature folder along with the IEA37 and TurbOPark cases.

Could you please take a look and see if everything looks ok?
