Draft: reused old approach to calculate the triangle area in the circle intersection.

Undid update for the calculation of circle intersections in the rotor_avg_model. The reason is that if the wake radius at the wake-receiving turbine is greater than the rotor radius at the wake-receiving turbine, the new approach produces wrong results. The revised calculation of the area of the triangle consists of the circle's point and the intersections of the circles.
