  • Merge FugaDeficit, FugaYawDeficit and FugaMultiLUTDeficit into one model with all three names
  • rename old FugaDeficit, which is able to read old format LUTs to FugaDeficitDeprecated
  • improve LUT initial interpolation (nothing, sel, interp)
  • make GCLHillDeflection work with Fuga
