docs update
I have added some information to the TOPFARM main page as well as the user guide. Also, I edited the notebooks to make them clearer and added an example for optimizations with hub height, turbine type and yaw angle (unconstrained) as design variables.
One suggestion is to merge the examples on bathymetry and exclusion zone, as they seem to be the same optimization problem.

Hi, I think Nicole's branch is ready to be merged to my branch to get the latest updates. After that the branch should be ready to be merged to the master (for the industry training of next week). The only last details are adding the link for the google colab of these notebooks:
- design variables
- turbine hub height optimization
- unconstrained wake steering optimization
I can see that the new content is already visible when going to the topfarm website, although the figure in the main page is not showing. Do you know if it needs to be in another format?
