modified setup and installation

New merge request based on newly pushed branch because git was a pain

Summary of changes:

• Modified setup file to have packages as dependencies
• Modified installation instructions
• Rearranged docs slightly
• Temporarily assigning to Mikkel but anyone can review/accept this one.
