Update to PyWake 2.6.18

Description

  • PyWake 2.6.18 caused a breaking change for _calc_deficit_convection, which now also returns the deficit_centre. While updating the code, we took the occasion to revisit the *NoSelfInduction classes. We have now introduced a new class EngineeringWindFarmModelNoSelfInduction, and the other ones inherit from it.
  • Relax JAX version.
