lxml requirement missing for bladed.readprj

when i make a local editable install, this fails. not sure if it has been added to the test suite?

Tests are still missing indeed (first we need an open Bladed model, haven't found one yet), and I forgot to add lxml to the requirements. Any MR's that improve the situation are very welcome.
