Correction, it is only mentioned on the installation method 2 with miniconda link. You are right, it should be mentioned also for the Anaconda method.
You are right. Maybe there is too much text then... We could consider restructuring the installation guide into "Recommended proceedure (Anaconda, python 3.?)" with a clean list of things to do (descriptions can still be there, but formated, such that you know, that you do not need to read them) and then then link to the other options in a separate document.
