Change the string that triggers simulation errors

Changed the search string that triggers an error in simulation.py from error to *** error *** as defined in the log_error function.

The previous formulation is an issue as the following log messages will be interpreted by the python module as errors:

Be careful, improper structural definitions could cause errors
