make unified_channel_names into separate utility

This method unified_channel_names creates consistent and unique channel names so you no longer need to remember/track the index of the channel in the output file. It has always been part of prepost.windIO.LoadResults (a sub-class of hawc2.Hawc2Reader), but as a temporary transition I have made it into an independent method so it is easier to use outside its former class.
