Integration of HAWCio into Windio and further fatigue tools marging

One further step toward fully integrating prepost routines with pydap functionalities. Now prepost gives exactly the same results as pydap.

Looks cool. This might have a slightly different way of handling possible errors, but since there are no tests for it I think I need to make sure to actually test it :-). Merging.
