Change jinja writer to subclass of HAWC2InputWriter, which functions taglessly. -Add call function to write single htc file -Change write_single to take kwargs instead of pd.Series. -Add HAWC2InputWriter and JinjaWriter examples.

versioning from setup.py instead of yml-file

Changed Mann dx so it depending on simulation time, not

The files in docs are not on Gorm, so the command
now assumes that the user has the folder locally.
