Changed Mann dx so it depending on simulation time, not
end time

The files in docs are not on Gorm, so the command
now assumes that the user has the folder locally.
Also formatting. Also now specifies that the wetb
environment must be active.

Deleted the terminal symbols, changed some line
breaks

Line breaks, code formatting, etc. All minor.

Step 6 in "Getting Started with DLBs" was actually
unnecessary, so I deleted it.

Some issues with URLs (broken links and wrong pages), formatting
issues

The path that was listed here for the mimer cluster stopped
working for mapping network drives. Plus, when displayed in
markdown, the double-back-slash turned into a single backslash,
which is wrong. This commit fixes both issues.

Specific changes:
  1. Updated text regarding Gorm wiki being out of date
  2. Restructured mapping of network drive text to have specific
     directions but also note to google if they don't work for
     you

    * Separated into "TODO" and "DONE"
    * Moved a few items to "DONE"
